4/1 - 4/2 Rain-Sleet-Snow Event
Good Morning and Happy April, We are currently tracking this event as most likely non-plowable but super icy and unsafe, especially by Thursday morning. I suggest you all stock up on some ice melter, and if your neighborhoods have salt barrels, maybe you can get yourself some. Currently, we are not seeing enough to plow this event, but if that changes, we will pivot, plow, and send out an update. My suggestion is that you stay safe and inside tonight until midday tomorrow.

3/17 Evening Snow Event
Good Morning, We did not receive enough snow last night to warrant clearing driveways today. With the warm weather ahead, most of the snow we have should melt nicely in the next few days. Have a great rest of the week.

Update Monday Morning 3/16/2026
We are just finishing full plowing in our last neighborhoods this morning. We understand we have some sod damage in certain areas and will address it during our spring cleanups. City sidewalks are being started this morning, and those will take us the next 24 to 36 hours. We will get them done as quickly as we can. Fire Hydrants and mailboxes, we will be working on them later today and tomorrow to get them done. Most of our crew has not had much sleep in the last 36 hour

Snow Event 3/14 10:00pm update
Update to yesterday's email..... The storm is developing more slowly in our area. We are planning to begin open-ups early in the morning for the first time, starting around 2 am. We will continue to cycle through with more open-ups until the wind and snow are done, and then we will start full-width plowing of roads we care for and driveways. Shoveling is going to be slow and methodical. We expect that if we get 12-inch totals and high winds, some neighborhoods will take 2

Morning everyone, Properties in Maple Grove, Plymouth, Champlin, and Brooklyn Park hit the trigger and will be plowed. Big Lake, Albertville, Otsego, St. Michael, and Elk River did not hit the trigger. Properties that did hit triggers, we are out taking care of the plowing, shoveling, and city sidewalks. 01/20/2025 - GOODWILL
Good Morning, Today, you will likely see our crews shoveling walks and garage aprons, checking mailboxes, and fire hydrants. This effort is to help after a few small snow events and some wind. Most contracts do not include drift plowing or shoveling, and there are extra charges, so this is a goodwill gesture from us to support our communities. If you want service for driveways or roads, your property manager can request a quote. Also, multiple light snow events do not cumul

Ice Event 01/06/2026
Good morning, Ice is pretty horrendous in most neighborhoods we care for. I am recommending salt on all roadways that we take care of and if they are city maintained then hopefully your city will salt them for you. Driveways and sidewalks are going to be slippery as well. Temperatures today and tomorrow for sure may get into the upper 30's and 40's so the salt will for sure work well in many circumstances. Whether you request salt or not your neighborhoods should be vigil
