Good Morning,  

Today, you will likely see our crews shoveling walks and garage aprons, checking mailboxes, and fire hydrants. This effort is to help after a few small snow events and some wind. Most contracts do not include drift plowing or shoveling, and there are extra charges, so this is a goodwill gesture from us to support our communities. If you want service for driveways or roads, your property manager can request a quote. Also, multiple light snow events do not cumulatively trigger snow removal; each event has its own trigger, regardless of previous snowfalls. Some believe we should come out after totals add up, but that is not how it is written.
